The new site is live. All CSS (no tables), except for the forms which I'll do later. It's 2:59 am and I should probably go to bed now.

Same basic design but: wider, new background, updated colors. Move of an overhaul of the code than the design but I think if you compare to the old site you'll see it looks more up to date.
