guard sweeps!

Charuto was at NWMA today and taught class. We went over some mount submissions and there were some good details we learned.

After class I went in the ring to practice some guard sweeps with Jill. Charuto saw us and came over and helped us with the sweep for like an hour. It was really great. I've been wanting to work on that sweep for a month now. I've asked a few people about it but haven't had too much of a chance to practice it yet.

This was perfect!
